Pink and Pearls, Ribbons and Curls...

...the Joneses are having a baby GIRL!!!

In other news, Brady had a Thanksgiving snack at preschool today.  The parents were invitied and we had turkey cookies and pilgrim marshmellows.  The bigger kids dressed up like turkeys, pilgrims and indians and sang us Thanksgiving songs.  It was alot of fun.  Later Brady was running around with all the big kids just like he was as big as they were - it was really cute.

Check out the Thanksgiving art work that Brady has been working on:

It's a...

...very stubborn baby! We had our sonogram today, but the baby has it's legs crossed the entire time and would not show us the goods :( We still don't know if it's a boy or girl and now Lance and I are now contemplating waiting until the baby is born to find out, but we haven't decided about that for sure yet.
The next appointment is on December 9th, so if we decide to keep trying to find out the sex, hopefully he/she will cooperate at that appointment.

Pictures

Here are a few of my favorite pictures of Brady that haven't been posted yet.

This is from our Cruise in July.  Brady is sometimes very restless when we are changing his diaper and this was the only way we could button him up after the diaper change.  MaLyn whipped out her camera and Brady decided to stop squirming and wave to the camera!

His onesie says "what happens at Grandmas, stays at Grandmas".  Yeah, maybe unless MaLyn takes a picture of it :)

More sweet pictures of Brady with his new furry friend, White Sox:

Here we are at Lance's football game.  Brady kept pointing at the Coyote mascot, but when it came over for a picture, Brady wasn't too sure about it:

Also, we go in for a big ultrasound to find out if this baby is a boy or girl tomorrow. It's about time as I'm nearly 22 weeks now. People have asked if I have a feeling of what it is and the answer is no. Part of my thinks its a girl, since that is what they told me at 11 weeks, but I had a dream last night that it was a boy. So, who knows??? Only God right now, but we will all know tomorrow. Stay tuned for another post tomorrow.

Trick or Treat

Brady was a scarecrow for Halloween this year (the cutest scarecrow you've ever seen of course!)  He really had a blast on Halloween night, we weren't sure if he would be old enough to get it, but he did!

We live in the most active neighborhood I've ever seen. You won't believe the amount of people that were out for Halloween. It was really a neat site to see.  There was one house that had the yard decorated as a graveyard complete with a fog machine and everything! I can't wait to see what this neighborhood has in store for Christmas!

By the end of the night he was going up to the door and grabbing a handful of candy then waving bye-bye while flashing his adorable smile!  The final house of the night was our own, where PaRoy and MaLyn were handing out candy.  We went inside to see all the candy that Brady had gotten and then Brady has his first ever sucker - and boy did he enjoy it!  Brady made this Halloween the best one yet.  We are looking forward to many more fun Halloweens to come.

This first picture is of Brady getting ready to go trick or treating and doing his best Wizard of Oz Scarecrow impression.  I think he hit the nail on the head, what do you think?
